 Manager, Atlanta Gas Light Company - Gas sales have increased by over 70% in three

years.

 Developed a marketing program to retain customers and was awarded a $10,000

continuous improvement award from the CEO.

 Director – Pipeline Renewal, Atlanta Gas Light Company - Responsible for $55 million

pipeline renewal program. Installed over 240 miles of pipe each year for the past two

years. Developed communication and restoration standards to ensure homeowner

satisfaction. In charge of all aspects of the project including but not limited to engineering,

operations, reporting, materials, and customer service.

 Managing Director Field Operations – Responsible for the activities of over 1,400 field

personnel whose responsibilities included operating and maintaining a pipeline system.

Responsible for a capital budget over $100 million dollars which included over 750 miles

of pipeline installation and over 70,000 services from the main to the customer’s home.

Responsible for negotiating three union contracts with field personnel.
