   Organization of the NOAO pcad libraries are a blend of type, function, family and manufacturer.
(Examples: type = discrete.lib, function = A-D.lib, family= TTL*.lib, manufacturer = Analog Devices.lib)
If many parts of a particular manufacturer are in use, or the part didn't fit into any one type or family or is
basically unique, then a library was dedicated to that manufacturer. The "TTL?.lib" files are the 54/74 type of
parts, all venues of logic will be contained here. The following outline will breakout the general rule of what
exists in each library. Some cross over may exist where a manufacturer and type or function are common and I
will work hard making sure duplicates are exactly the same. You will see cross over elements in the A-
and linear.lib with the Analog Devices.lib, as a rule if a manufacturer library exists check it first.
   PCAD searches the open libraries for components in the order they appear in the list.
