                                                        S.I. No. 634 of 2005

         IRISH AVIATION AUTHORITY (NATIONALITY AND REGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT) ORDER 2005

The Irish Aviation Authority in exercise of its power pursuant of Article 18(3) of the Irish Aviation Authority ‘‘Nationality and
Registration of Aircraft Order S.I. No. 634 of 2005’’, having been unable to contact the registered owner, or in the case where the
registered owner failed to reply to a written request by the Authority for information relating to the aircraft as listed in the table
beneath, hereby publish its determination to deregister the listed aircraft from the civil register.

Furthermore, the registered owners did not inform the Authority of change of status in accordance with Article 15(1) of the
Nationality and Registration of Aircraft Order giving rise to further grounds to deregister the aircraft in accordance with Article
18(1)(b)(i) of the Order.

The subject aircraft shall be deregisteed from the civil register in accordance with the provisions of the ‘‘Nationality and
Registration of Aircraft Order’’ where a statement in writing is not received from the registered owner within thirty days from
