How to import your class list from SASI into the CPS program
1. Open CPS.
2. Go to Prepare tab, then Classes & Students.
3. Click import.
4. Click on the Comma Separated Value choice and then click Next.
5. Press Browse, then Next.
6. From the drop down menu, select the N: drive.
7. You will see a screen with all of the Elmira City buildings, select your building.
8. Then find the folder with your name (first initial, then last name).
9. When your folder opens, you will see Excel Documents that will represent your class lists. Double click one
of these lists.
10. Once you open the list, you will see this box…you only need to fill out your first, last and email address,
then press OK.
11. After this is filled out, you will be back at the ‘Browse’ page, but the .csv list that you choose from step #9
will appear in this box. There will be a square box next to the list. You will need to click on this box to
initiate a check mark into it. Then click Next.
12. A box will appear telling you that you have successfully imported your class list, then click Done.
13. When you come back to your program screen, you should see the list successfully imported.
14. If you have more than one class, repeat the steps above. Once you have done the import process once,
some of the steps above may be skipped as the computer will automatically route you to your .csv folder.
