 Offensive Plays  Push Ball with fingers

Zone Defense Movement

 Head Up

PASSING  Move Toward the Ball

 Lower Dribble When Closely Guarded  Stay In Your Zone (Circle)

 Eye Contact  Body Between Defender and Ball

 Crisp Two Handed Pass  Hands Up

 Use Both Hands

 Pass to Target - Outside shoulder  Elbow Close to Body

 Step to Receive HALF COURT PRESS



SHOOTING OFFENSE

 Eye On the Ball

Lay - Ups They are not easy  Don't Force Shots or Passes

 Off The Back Board  Shoot if Open

 Concentrate  Put Offensive Rebound Back Up

 Jump off the Left Foot for a Right  Get Back Fast on Turnovers

Handed lay-up, Vice Versa



Jump Shot, (One Handed) DEFENSE

 Elbow In  Eye on the Ball

 Release Ball Up - Not Out  Between Man and Basket

 Wrist - Finger Flip with fore finger  Guards Double Team player with the

 Never Rest on Defense

being last to touch the ball Ball once he has crossed the half court

 Hands Up

 Eyes on the Spot over the Front of  Watch the Hips
