Welcome to the Fall 2011 semester of CAPE!

The Creative Arts Program of East Meadow offers youngsters

from all communities a fantastic variety of craft, physical exercise

and educational courses for children ages 4-12.



Fall Semester dates: October 25, 2011 thru February 4, 2012.

All CAPE classes are held at McVey Elementary School. Weekly

classes run for twelve-week sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or

Saturdays. Classes are one hour unless otherwise noted in the class

descriptions.



TUITION: Twelve-week classes are $85.00 unless otherwise noted in the class descriptions. There is also a non-

refundable $5.00 registration fee per family. Classes requiring a material fee are (*) starred in the schedule. Material

fees must be paid in cash and will be collected by instructors at the first class.

MAIL-IN REGISTRATION: Mail-in registrations postmarked by September 26th will be placed before walk-in

registrations. East Meadow residents will be given priority placement in classes until September 26th. All out-of-

district mail-in registrations will be held and placed in the order they were received on that date. There must be one

registration form per child.

PLEASE NOTE: Class sizes are limited. Therefore, an early response is to your best advantage. CAPE reserves the

right to cancel any class not meeting minimum student enrollment. In the event that your child is closed out of a class

or a class is cancelled you will be notified and your monies refunded.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2011.

PROOF OF AGE (COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE) IS REQUIRED FOR CHILDREN AGES 4 & 5.

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE “POTTY TRAINED” BEFORE ENTERING THE PROGRAM.

“PULL-UPS” ARE NOT TO BE WORN.
