Visa Advice Department – Fees Notice
All applicants must pay the Application Fee determined by the Home Office (or local consulate office) at the time of application. These are in addition to the fees listed
below.
In addition, Students International will charge the applicant for help and assistance in the preparation of paperwork relating to their application according to the following
schedule :
For those already enrolled in the Guardianship Scheme
Fees to collate and complete paperwork for submission HO fee + £200 administration + any associated costs such as courier,
(billed on termly invoice) post, transport
For those not enrolled in the Guardianship scheme but enrolled with an AEGIS accredited organisation
Fees to collate and complete paperwork – up to 3 hours work HO fee +£300 administration + associated costs including travel
Additional time over 3 hours will be charged at £100 per hour
Personal presentation of paperwork at Public Enquiry Office in UK As above + £50 per hour attendance fee, travel and any associated
expenses at cost
Personal presentation of paperwork at British Consulate/Mission abroad (by UK adviser) Local visa fee + flight/hotel/advisers’ visa as requires + £800
Personal presentation of paperwork at British Consulate/Mission abroad (by local adviser) Local visa fee + £300/administration+local travel costs
For independent applicants
Fees to collate and complete paperwork – up to 3 hours work HO fee + £450 administration + associated costs
Additional time over 3 hours to be charged at £100 per hour
Personal presentation of paperwork at Public Enquiry Office in UK As above plus £70 per hour + travel at costs
Personal presentation of paperwork at British Consulate/Mission abroad (by UK adviser) Local visa fee + £1000 + flight, hotel & adviser’s visa if required
Personal presentation of paperwork at British Consulate/Mission abroad (by local adviser) Local visa fee + £400 administration + local travel costs
Initial Consultation
Initial advice/consultation with AEGIS accredited organisations will be f.o.c. up to 15 minutes. After that advice will become chargeable at £100 per hour prorate.
