• More than three-quarters, 78% (62 customers), of these customers had unaided recall of the 5-
Day text message; while 22% (18 customers) did not.
• Of these 62 customers that DID remember receiving the text message, 95% of them (59
customers) remembered getting the specific 5-day message.
