    Flash Developer & eLearning Specialist
       Created video tutorials to educate users about the features of the My ARMY OneSource
         website help center by using Flash Photoshop and Captivate. Videos include closed
         captions and are section 508 compliant.
       Saved hundreds of hours of development time by using a combination of Captivate and
         Flash. Originally flash was the only development tool being used, and the integration of
         Captivate facilitated the incorporation of screen-recorded video.
       Wrote and developed a series of “learnlets” or small eLearning courses for the Army’s
         monthly event pages using Photoshop and Flash. The subject matter dealt with sensitive
         issues such as suicide prevention and domestic violence. Courses featured interactivity,
         animations and real-world scenarios to reinforce the learner’s understanding of the
         content.

    Flash Developer (contract position)
       Created courses for SDB (Sleep Disordered Breathing) to demonstrate the health dangers
         and therapy for people suffering from sleep apnea using Flash.
       Resolved technical difficulties by converting content from ActionScript version 2 to 3 to
         make courses SCORM compliant with LMS (Learning Management System.)
       Programmed complex sleep-breathing devices to help medical clinicians simulate the
         actual use and functionality with Flash.
