    Cylinder (OPOC) s30 Engine
•    13.5 hp at 6,000 rpm
•    Liquid cooled (fuel or coolant)
•    Supercharged (integral with engine)
•    Two stroke Diesel (compression ignition)
•    JP-8, Diesel, Jet A. JP-8 & Diesel also
     may be the lubricant and coolant
• Power Density – 0.9 hp per pound
• Dry Engine weight approximately 15lbs
     not including muffler & fuel system
• 85cc displacement per module (each
     cylinder has 42.5cc)
• 0.65 lbs/hp-hr Fuel Consumption at 13.5
     hp (1.0 gal/hr)
• Engine speed 1,500 rpm to 6,000 rpm

Fuel Injection System Requirements for the
OPOC s30 Engine
Requirements
• JP-8 primary fuel, Jet A, Diesel Fuel secondary
• 6000 injections per minute per fuel injector (2 required per
    engine)
• Fuel injector electronically controlled via pulse width
    modulation
• Fuel supply pressure to injector – 400 bar (~6,000 psi)
• Fuel flow per injector at 6,000 rpm, full load – 8
    mm^3/injection
• Fuel injection duration at 6,000 rpm, full load -30 degrees
    of crankshaft rotation or 0.83 msec
• Fuel flow at no-load idle (~1500 rpm) - 1.5 mm^3/injection,
    250 bar fuel supply pressure and ~0.2 msec
