Refineries and Petrochemical Plants:
All of the refineries that have been built in Venezuela within the last 20
years were completed in full or in part by our refinery management
team; personnel now available to work on projects contracted to our
company.
Power Plants:
Many completed plants to support refineries and petrochemical plants
built by our management team over the last 20 years.
Marine:
Management of our company have many years experience in all
disciplines of marine transport and construction. Several marine
projects have been done by our marine team and we are now able to
accept contracts turn key in this area.
Port & Dock:
Many years of successful completion of projects in this business were
done in the last 20 years; in both maintenance and repairs, along with
turn key projects.

Twenty years or more completing projects, from minor repairs to turn key
projects. Projects were began and successfully completed.
Import/Export:
Forty years experience by our management team around the world with
focus on Central and South America as principle markets served.
Contracts Under Negotiation
Repair and upgrade two refineries 30,000 BBL in Louisiana.
Repair and upgrade four refineries in Nigeria and also build a new
refinery there.
Repair dock facilities and upgrade marine repair facilities in Nigeria.
Purchase refinery package and load on ships for transport to Central
America. With this project, our company is also in negotiation to
purchase land and dock space to construct and begin operation of this
refinery. This project is now only in the early stages of negotiation.
A bulk materials shipping contract is set up for shipping to Asia.

Africa.
