Property Manager (SG4)
Director of Logistics
This position will provide overall management and reporting of Contractor Furnished Equipment
(CFE) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) asset control operations supporting
program managers, field operations and corporate staff.
Supports all Triple Canopy Property Management Operations worldwide. Supervises a direct
staff of two personnel.
Determine and execute solid property management strategies
Develop sound property control procedures that are customer focused
Must lead a small team in managing a variety of CFE and GFE
Ensure customers are fully supported and kept informed of property status
Conduct monthly and yearly inventories and inspections as required
Develop and supervise monthly and yearly property audits to ensure compliance
Will be required to execute international travel requirements with little to no advance
warning, and must be willing to support these rapid deployment trips as required
Must recruit, train, develop and lead a team of property management personnel and
manage international property requirements
Willing to travel alone to project sites (to include high threat environments) for site
Maintain 100% property accountability of assigned resources
Essential Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10-12 years experience in property and asset management
Must possess extremely good judgment and independent decision making abilities
Must be self motivated, proactive, and aggressive to work through critical issues
Experience working in a private, disciplined, and military style organization preferred
Must have experience with military equipment and logistics procedures
Capable of developing and writing detailed property control plans in relation to specific
Must be extremely flexible and able to successfully manage simultaneous tasks
Proficiency on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in using a commercial or military material management software desired, or
the ability to be trained to use this type of software
Experience with overseas (especially Middle East) operations preferred
Management of a staff with both experienced and in-experienced personnel is required
Required and Desired Skills and Experience
Certified Professional Property Manager (CPPM) certification required
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certification desired
Export Control Certification desired
DCMA Property Management audit experience desired
Reporting to this Position
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to lift at least 50-lbs waist high and perform manual labor as required. Must be
prepared to attend weekly meetings and communicate effectively with management personnel.
Must be willing to deploy to high threat environments world-wide, wear body armor and
equipment weighing up to 40lbs for extended periods, and operate in a tactical setting as
required. The ability to drive both automatic and stick shift vehicles that range from small cars
to 5-ton trucks is required.
