Give Kids A Smile® Logo Or Word Mark Request
Terms of Use
Give Kids A Smile and the Give Kids A Smile Logo are registered service marks of the American Dental Association.
The logo and word mark (Give Kids A Smile) may be used strictly for the promotion of Give Kids A Smile (GKAS)
events; neither may be used for the promotion, express or implied, of any commercial endeavor, including a private
dental office, or to promote charity events that are not associated with the Give Kids A Smile program. Neither mark
may be used on practice letterhead, business cards, etc. The logo and word mark must each be used in its entirety,
as is. In particular, the logo's components may not be removed, repositioned or reduced in size, and the logo's colors
cannot be modified in any way, except when printing in black and white. Neither the logo nor word mark may be
combined with other marks. The word mark should appear as follows: Give Kids A Smile® with the notation in a
footnote or other form stating that “Give Kids A Smile is a registered service mark of the American Dental
Association.”
