Sweets . . . . . . . . . . . . .Page 2-6 Cocktails . . . . . . . . . . .Page 6-14 VANILLE ROYALE Créme Brulée INGREDIENTS TM 1/4 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 5 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar 2 cup half-and-half, warmed 4 tablespoons sugar PERPARATION Whisk VANILLE ROYALE, egg yolks and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth, gradually adding half-and-half. Pour into four 5 oz. ramekins and place in a baking pan. Pour one inch of hot water into the bottom of the pan. Carefully bake at 325°F until set, about 35 to 40 minutes. Leave ramekins in water until cooled to room temperature. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Sprinkle each dish with 1 tablespoon sugar, and carefully caramelize with kitchen torch or under broiler. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. VANILLE ROYALE Praline Finale INGREDIENTS TM 3 tablespoons VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 cup dark brown sugar 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped pecans PERPARATION Combine dark brown sugar, heavy cream and butter in a small saucepan. Carefully bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer two to three minutes. Remove from heat and stir in VANILLE ROYALE and chopped pecans. Cool slightly and serve over your favorite pie, cake or ice cream. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 02 VANILLE ROYALE Fondue Chocolat INGREDIENTS TM 3 tablespoons VANILLE ROYALE 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup dark brown sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 cup heavy whipping cream PERPARATION In a small saucepan, carefully melt butter over medium heat. Add sugars and cocoa powder, stirring until well blended and sugars dissolve. Gradually whisk in heavy whipping cream. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking, stirring frequently until chocolate mixture is very smooth and thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in VANILLE ROYALE. Cool slightly (mixture will thicken slightly with cooling). Serve at room temperature or warm in a slow cooker set on low. If serving in a fondue pot, monitor closely to avoid scorching. Present with a variety of fresh fruit or cubes of poundcake for dipping. Makes 2 cups. VANILLE ROYALE Pain au Créme INGREDIENTS TM 1/2 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 2 cup packed crustless 1” cubes French bread (3 to 4 oz.) 2 cup packed 1” cubes croissants (2 large croissants, about 5 oz.) 1/2 cup dried cranberries 2/3 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 4 large eggs 2 cup half-and-half PERPARATION Combine bread and cranberries in a buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and eggs and whisk until smooth. Whisk in half-and-half and VANILLE ROYALE; pour over bread and let stand for 30 minutes. Carefully bake at 350°F until pudding is puffed in center, about 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 03 VANILLE ROYALE Glazed Pears INGREDIENTS TM Glazed Pears 1/2 cup sugar 4 ripe, but firm Bosc or Anjou pears 3/4 cup whipping cream 1/2 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur Toasted sliced almonds PREPARATION Sprinkle sugar in 9-inch round baking dish. Peel pears leaving stems intact; hollow out core from bottom using melon baller. Place pears upright in baking dish. Combine cream and VANILLE ROYALE. Drizzle 1 tablespoon mixture over each pear. Carefully bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Pour remaining cream mixture over pears and stir into sugar. Bake, occasionally stirring sauce and basting pears, until pears are tender and lightly browned, about 20 to 30 additional minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Makes 4 servings. VANILLE ROYALE Créme Cake CAKE TM 1 package yellow cake mix 1/4 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur SAUCE 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur Powdered sugar PREPARATION Prepare cake mix, substituting VANILLE ROYALE for _ cup water. Carefully bake in greased Bundt® pan according to directions. Combine sugar, butter and water in a small saucepan; carefully cook until mixture boils and sugar is melted. Carefully remove from heat and stir in remaining _ cup VANILLE ROYALE. Prick cake deeply with fork; pour _ cup sauce over hot cake and let stand 15 minutes. Turn cake onto serving plate; prick with fork and spoon remaining sauce over cake. Cool cake at least 2 hours before serving. Dust with powdered sugar. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 04 VANILLE ROYALE Cheesecake Bliss INGREDIENTS 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar TM 4 Tbs. butter, melted 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cup sugar 4 eggs 3/4 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur PREPARATION Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press mixture into bottom of 9” or 10” springform pan. Carefully bake at 325°F for 8 minutes. Set aside.Beat cream cheese in large mixing bowl until smooth, gradually adding sugar, eggs and VANILLE ROYALE. Gently pour filling over crust. Carefully bake at 325°F for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let cheesecake stand in oven with door slightly ajar for 30 minutes. Refrigerate cooled cheesecake overnight. Makes 16 servings. VANILLE ROYALE Parisian Cream INGREDIENTS TM 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 cup whipping cream PREPARATION In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in VANILLE ROYALE followed by whipping cream; beat until mixture thickens. Chill until served. Serve over fresh fruit or as a topping for cakes and desserts. Makes 2 cups. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 05 VANILLE ROYALE Toast Francais INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur TM 6 eggs 1/2 cup real maple syrup 2 cups reduced fat or whole milk 12-16 pieces French bread, cut in 3/4 slices Melted butter PREPARATION In a medium bowl, whisky together VANILLE ROYALE, eggs, maple syrup and milk; set aside. Place bread slices in two 9”x13” pans. Pour egg mixture over bread; let stand for 10 minutes. Turn bread, cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Preheat large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brush lightly with melted butter. Place bread slices on griddle and cook for 4 minutes or until deep golden brown; turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Serve warm with VANILLE ROYALETM Parisian Cream and fresh berries. Makes 6-8 servings. VANILLE ROYALE On The Rocks PREPARATION TM Pour VANILLE ROYALE Liqueur over ice in a cocktail glass and enjoy the rich flavor of French vanilla VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 06 VANILLE ROYALE Pink Promise INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1/2 part DISARONNO® Originale Liqueur Splash of maraschino cherry juice PREPARATION Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherries speared on a pick. VANILLE ROYALE Iced Espresso INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur Single or double shot of espresso, or your favorite freshly brewed coffee PREPARATION Make espresso and pour over ice in a tall rocks glass. Add VANILLE ROYALE and stir. Garnish with a swirl of whipped cream. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 07 VANILLE ROYALE Raspberry Desire INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 part raspberry liqueur PREPARATION Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with raspberries speared on a pick. VANILLE ROYALE L'Amour PREPARATION TM Shake VANILLE ROYALE Liqueur with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Present with a chocolate covered strawberry. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 08 VANILLE ROYALE Chilled PREPARATION TM Shake VANILLE ROYALE Liqueur with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail flute. VANILLE ROYALE Root Biére Float INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 3 parts premium root beer PREPARATION Pour ingredients over ice in a glass mug and stir. Present with a straw. For an even richer indulgence, add a scoop of premium French vanilla ice cream. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 09 VANILLE ROYALE Colada de Cannes INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 part BACARDI® CÓCO™ Rum 1 cup ice GARNISH 1 Tbsp shredded coconut 1 Tbsp granulated brown sugar crystals or coarse white granulated sugar 1 tsp light corn syrup or honey PREPARATION Mix together shredded coconut and brown sugar in a small saucer. Lightly moisten the outer rim of a daiquiri glass with corn syrup and roll in prepared mixture. Chill glass in freezer. Combine all cocktail ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into prepared glass. VANILLE ROYALE French Kiss INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 part Crème de cacao 1/2 part GREY GOOSE® Vodka PREPARATION Wet rim of a chilled martini glass, dip into cocoa powder and set aside. Shake ingredients with ice and strain into the prepared glass. Finish with chocolate shavings. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 10 VANILLE ROYALE Café TM INGREDIENTS 1 part VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 4 parts coffee PREPARATION Pour VANILLE ROYALE into freshly brewed coffee and stir. VANILLE ROYALE Gingerbread Martini Cocktail INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 3 dashes cinnamon Pinch nutmeg PREPARATION Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon on top. VANILLE ROYALE RECIPE BOOK 13 VANILLE ROYALE Banana Frappé INGREDIENTS TM 2 parts VANILLE ROYALE™ Liqueur 1 part banana liqueur PREPARATION Pour ingredients over ice in a parfait or other tall glass and stir.
