Plan To Lose Weight
Unfortunately for most of us, losing weight takes serious dieting and exercise. The discipline to keep that
up, does not come naturally for most people. It takes a game plan.
The game plan is not something to take lightly. Each week, sit down and come up with a list of your meals
for the week, all of them. Write down every ingredient that you will need. When you go to do your weekly
grocery shopping, make sure that you have the necesary items. This will help to eliminate excuses when you
start to cook your meals.
Snacks are equally as important to plan. A good tip is to bag up veggies and put them in the fridge when you
are unloading your bags from grocery shopping. This assures you that you have healthy meals readily
available. Snacking can account for a large portion of your daily food intake. If you avoid sugary snacks and
have fat free veggies, you may make a huge difference.
The last thing that is very important to schedule would be your work outs. These have to be planned
carefully because wiggle room in your work out schedule will allow you to wiggle right out of your plans.
Give yourself plenty of time and be realistic. Don't plan your work out during a time that you know that you
will be exhausted. If you need to wake up extra early, plan accordingly.
