It is very interesting that people in America are looking to lose weight anyway they can. Today the number

of obese is climbing everyday here in America compared to other countries. What are the reasons for this?

The answer might surprise you?





There have been countless studies and in other countries the obese levels have not increased as fast as they

are in America. The studies that include working out is not that different, the number of hours people work

as slightly different but does not lead to any significant cause of what would cause obesity. The only other

study is the types of food we eat.





Weight Loss Tips





According to many sources the types of food that other people in different countries are more natural. They

do not allow as many processed or chemicals in the foods. High fructose corn syrup is banned from foods in

other countries. The people eat more fish, meats and vegetables and they cook more than going out to eat.

They eat less boxed and frozen foods, most of the foods that they purchase from the markets are fresh and

will spoil. The bread is baked fresh every morning using known ingredients.





Here in America almost every packaged food or prepared frozen food contains high fructose corn syrup.

This is not all it contains; many of the processed foods contain so many chemicals that the amount ingested

is more chemicals than food. Take a package and look at the ingredients on the label, what percentage is

food compared to the amount of chemicals. Many of the foods have added sugar and filled with junk. Why

does this matter?





Foods that are basically chemically based foods do not breakdown in the body. The body will store all these

chemicals as fat. The weight gain is very quickly when eating these types of foods. Here are some foods that

are processed.





Foods that are boxed

Foods that are frozen and prepared

Foods that are in bags





These types of foods will have chemicals added to them. Check the label, pick up a boxed pizza or a frozen

dinner check the ingredients, you will be shocked at what you see. If a box says made with 10% real grain or

wheat what is the other 90% made of. Then take a look at the sugar content, how much sugar is in these

foods. When digesting foods with high amounts of sugar this will be broken down and stored as fat along

with the chemicals.
