How to Track Your Attendance

Track your attendance It is an assessment requirement that you:



- attend 100% of classes

- maintain and submit records of your attendance



A tab for each course category There are 15 tabs in this document. Each course category has its own

tab/worksheet. For example, this worksheet is called "ReadMe!". Click on the

appropriate tab (e.g., LL1, LL2, etc.) to see the worksheet for that set of courses.

Additional tabs capture your sessions with your peer coach and your clients that are

required for your certification program. The final tab on Special Events gives you a

place to record additional telesessions you've experienced during your ICA program.





Add/delete/move worksheets You can delete any worksheets you don't need (just right-click on the tab and choose

"delete"), add more worksheets (right-click, "insert") or move them around (drag-and-

drop that worksheet's tab to wherever you'd like).



Submit your attendance You must submit your attendance upon completion of your coursework. You can do

this by emailing this log to assessment@icoachacademy.com.

This form is entirely for your own use, so please feel free to customize it to suit your needs.
