ESSENTIAL LEVEL To practice and perfect the 'five basic principles of Pilates, the Essential Mat Work class provides
an excellent and essential foundation to Pilates. This method is also ideal as a maintenance
class for those who like to work at a slower pace or for individuals with injuries looking for a
light work out.
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL For more of a challenge, this class will take you through a dynamic, full body work out focusing
on improving your flexibility and core strength, stretching toning all muscle groups. The EXPRESS
mat work classes that are also available are on a Intermediate level.
ADVANCED LEVEL This again will take you through a dynamic, full body work out at a challenging pace focusing on
improving your flexibility and core strength, stretching toning all muscle groups. To ensure you are
ready to progress to this level, you will be invited into this class following discussion
and agreement with the Instructor.
ESSENTIAL SPX This class is for those of you who have done your SPX Reformer course on an hour and half
intensive and four other essential classes.
SPX REFORMER + This class is for those of you who have done yourSPX Reformer course over a duration of
6 weeks, consisting of 6 hour sessions.
PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE DIFFERENT CLASSES BECAUSE PEOPLE WILL BE AT
DIFFERENT LEVELS OF CAPABILITY AND WE NEED TO MAKE IT FAIR.
CORE CHALLENGE Offering variety to your Mat Work the Core Challenge classes use small equipment and are designed
to add variety and challenge, this class will rotate equipment every 4 weeks. Modifications are included
to accommodate certain weaknesses or to make an exercise more challenging:-
Arc Barrel Offers a total body workout focusing on felxibility, stretch and increased tone.
Flex Band Simulates reformers, adds challenge and variety.
Stability Balls Challenges core strength, increasing balance and co ordination.
Fitness Circle Offers a total body workout variety and challenge.
GOLDEN HOUR The Golden Hour is a 60 minute Pilates Work out for the more mature of us (60+). This gentle
workout teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movements. It will improve
flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back and joint pain.
No Membership fee of minimum booking is payable for participants in this class.
FREE TRIAL SESSION We are pleased to inform you of our current Special Offer, whereby we are offering a 1 hour Showcase
Session at the studio, consisting of a ½ hour Pilates Mat Work session, followed by a ½ hour introductory
session on our amazing SPX Reformer equipment….. Free of charge! This will enable you to experience
what the Stott® Pilates Method entails and what facilities we have to offer at Bespoke Pilates studio.
This Special Offer will start from 12th August and there after on a Saturday (as seen on the timetable).
CRASH MAT WORK COURSE This is an hour and a half intensive session which is the first in your Essential Mat Work course.
Following on from this you will need to do 4 Essential Mat Work sessions.
CRASH SPX REFORMER COURSE Again, this is an hour and a half intensive session which is the first in your Essential
SPX Reformer course. Following on from this you will need to do 4 Essential SPX
Reformer sessions.
WALKING PILATES Get firm and feel fabulous with a low impact, total body exercise programme from Bespoke Pilates Studio.
With a unique and effective combination of Pilates and aerobic conditioning, this fun, easy-to-follow class
will slim and tone your entire body from head to toe, one invigorating step at a time. Perfect for those of you
looking to lose weight safely and effectively without putting any undue stress on the joints, this class is
suitable for beginners also, and is similar to a low impact aerobics class.
INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED This is a class for those of you that feel you are good at Intermediate level, but not sure you
want to go onto Advanced level yet. This class will be Intermediate based but the instructor
will add certain exercises as they would be in Advanced and you can choose which you
want to do.
