Saint Anselm All Stars
As part of our 50th Anniversary Year celebration, we are spotlighting people whose faith-filled spirit has
made this parish and other places better because of their presence. In recognizing these people, we are
recognizing, praising, and thanking God whose grace and blessing have enabled these people to live life with faith,
hope, and love.
For 50 years, God’s grace has been at work in people whose presence and involvement have enabled Saint
Anselm Parish to be a loving Parish.
This week, our All Stars are Married Couples. We recognize as All Stars our married couples who are
celebrating a significant wedding Anniversary in 2011.
Married couples can testify to what God’s grace conferred in matrimony accomplishes in a husband and
wife who carefully guard and use the divine treasure that is in them. The world today has great need of the living
sermon which married couples, by their example of fidelity and love, show forth. People who love in good times
and bad, in sickness and health, mirror the way God loves. We praise and thank God for the grace and blessing
bestowed upon our married couples enabling them to love as Christ loves.
