As a member of the Brisbane Infrastructure team
you will assume responsibility for strategic project
planning for designated infrastructure projects
including developing practical and achievable
solutions to complex infrastructure issues, taking
due account of environmental and community
impacts.
Your role will require you to undertake site
inspection work and manage a project with
supervision. Medium level of Client, Contractors
and Consultants contact exist as part of this role
therefore strong organisational and time
management skills along with excellent
communication skills are essential. Degree
qualified, you will have a minimum of three years
working experience in a similar role and your
qualifications will lead to CPEng and RPEQ status
As a member of the Gold Coast Structures team
you will demonstrate a high level of AutoCAD
production level. You will require a basic
understanding of Quality Assurance / Quality
Control design and drawing standards. You will also
require a moderate level of design knowledge in the
use structural elements. Candidates will have a
minimum of three years of working experience in a
similar role.
To be successful in this role you will be experienced
in all structural materials and be competent in using
design programs and other design aids. High level
of Client, Contractors and Consultants contact exist
as part of this role therefore strong organisational
and time management skills along with excellent
communication skills are essential. Degree
qualified, you will have a minimum of six years
working experience in a similar role. Queensland
experience is preferred but not essential. Your
qualifications will lead to IEAust, CPEng and RPEQ
status.
Designer to support the general study team (s). A 2-
5 year candidate who is well versed in transport
corridor design - both road and rail. Some rail
experience is desired but not essential. Role would
be initially for limited term March 2007 through to
September - December 2007

Based in Brisbane, the successful applicant for this
permanent role will be responsible for designing
new and/or replacement facilities and developing
maintenance strategies for water and waste water
projects.

supply network modelling projects.
Capable of managing the production and packaging
of major deliverable packages. We expect 3 years
plus experience however candidates with 18
months experience purely in highway or bridge work

and transfer station developments for Municipal
Councils.
Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering, you will
have approximately 10-12 years experience
predominately in water and sewerage design.

infrastructure projects, planning studies and urban
renewal projects.
Qualified with a Bachelor Engineering (Traffic) or
similar, you will have approximately 5 years industry
experience. You will be competent in the use of
Microsimulation VISSIM or Paramics.
