This is a tool that makes you effective in Network Marketing by breaking down the whoe subject into individual activities.

To make a lot of money in Network Marketing and fulfill your dreams and goals, you need to know EXACTLY what activities to

do every day. And you need to track those activities closely. Tracking will uncover your weaknesses, which you can then

overcome and turn them into strenghts.

Weaknesses uncovered

As you track your activities, your weaknesses will become clear to you. Example: You set 13 appointments, but have zero

presentations. The problem is NOT that you did zero presentations; the problem is that zero out of 13 appointments resulted in

presentations. The weakness uncovered is clearly that you need to work on how to turn appointments into presentations.

What's Important

The point system within this assigns number values to each activity, based on the importance that activity contributes to

making you money. You are awarde 5 points (the highest) for training someone because you are duplicationg your efforts. You

only get 0.02 points for sending out direct mail pieces. Regardless of the point value, all activities are necessary for your

success. Successful Network Marketers focus ONLY on the activities listed here.

Step One

To begin make a daily list of your activities and transfer them to the relevent worksheet, totaling the amount daily.

Personal Development

To succeed in Network Marketing you must develop YOU. Your income will NEVER out pace your attitude. For you to earn a

dollar more this year than you did least year, you MUST grow. This follows two areas of your Personal Development.

Activity #1 Cultivate Your Goals

The word cultivate means; to nurture, to foster and refine. That's exactly what you should do with your goals every day.Each

time you cultivate your goals in the morninig, award yourself one point, when you do the same in the evening award yourself

another point.

Activity #2 Self-Training

When you attend a training meeting, a corporate convention, a communication seminar or any event that builds your Network

Marketing skills, take one point per hour of actual learning time.

Promotion

Yesterday you were not in business. Today you are. No one knows that except you. You must promote to tell the world about

your products and business. Proven promotional activities listed below.

Activity #3 Direct Mail

GIve your self 0.02 points for each promotional piece you send out. This includes: flyers, letters, business cards, post cards,

faxes and emails - anything that tells people you are in business.

Activity #4 Voice Mail Drops

For every "offer" you leave on someone's voice mail or mobile as a text message, you receive one point. This is an inexpesive

way to sift for prospects.

Activity #5 Adertisments

You earn two points for each day you run an advertisement that informs people about your business. This can include: radio,

TV, Internet, newspapers, or magazines.

Activity #6 Meet New People

For each new person you meet give yourself point. It doesn't matter whether you discuss the business, your products or simply

make an introduction.

Activity #7 Dials

Check one point each time you dial a prospect, whether someone picks up the phone or not. These dials can include:

generating business for the first time, follow-up after sending information, setting an appointment or selling a product to a new

referral.

Note:

Because Direct Mail promotions, whether by e-mail, or the postal service, often include highter volumes we have formatted the

tracking of this activity differently to better accommodate your efforts. For example, if on the same day you send out post cards

to 500 people and hand out 100 flyers you would account for each one seperately. post cards would be tracked in Set #1 and

flyers in Set #3.



Communication

Once you promote (from activities listed above) your business and products, you must communicate with those who show an

interest. Communication in Network Marketing breaks down into the following basic Activities.

Activity #8 Conntects

A connect is when you actually talk to a prospect. When you dialed you got one point (from Dials). When they answer the

phone you get another point. Also, if a prospect returns your call and you answer, this also counts as a connect.

Activity #9 Appointments Set

When you invite someone to a business meeting, a one - on - one, a residential meeting, a hotel meeting or a luncheon, award

yourself two points for each person that accepts an appointment. Also, take another two points for each prospect that says yes

to receive a video or audio from you. Don't take the points until you actually send it. Always confirm your appointments.

Activity #10 Presentations

You receive three points each time you do one of the following presentations activities: a prospect who attends a business

meeting, a one-on-one meeting or a residential meeting. Also keep trak of any presentations you give and any audio / video or

web presentation that actually was viewed or listened to - they count too.



Give your self four points for each customer who buys your product or service. You must have actually received the money.

Well done! This is the essence of business. Be prooud. By the way, when you call your referral and they purchase another

company product / service give your self one point for dialing, one point for connecting and four for the sale, a total of SIX

points.

Activity #12 Sponsored People

Reward your self with four points for each new person you sponsor. Make sure that the company has received payment.

Activity #13 New Referral Training

Award your self five points for each training you do because training is the new representatives duplicates you and your efforts.

Financially this rewards you the most.
