									Strawberry-Banana-Kiwi Trifle

3 Cups cold skim milk
2 Packages (1 oz. each) instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 Carton (8 oz.) reduced fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Prepared angel food cake (approx. 14 oz.) cut into 1 inch cubes (tearing by
hand is OK too)
3 Cups fresh sliced strawberries (you may reserve 3 to 4 for garnish)
3-6 Firm bananas, sliced
6-8 Kiwi, sliced (you may reserve some for garnish)

In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mixes. Beat on low speed for 2
minutes.

Place a third of the cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle bowl or glass
serving bowl.

Top with 1/3 of the pudding, 1/3 of the bananas, 1 cup strawberries, 1/3 of
the sliced kiwi, and 1/3 of the whipped topping.

Follow this sequence with the remaining cake, pudding, bananas,
strawberries, kiwi and whipped topping.

Garnish with additional strawberries and/or kiwi as desired.

Can be served immediately, but best if stored in the refrigerator overnight
to let the flavor meld. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
