A consulting contract is an agreement document that brings two parties together, one in need of services and the
other willing to provide the service. The contract outlines the terms of service and the payment rates and schedule.

Overview
The consultant hereby named has agreed to perform consulting work and other related duties as directed by the client
company
Both parties hereby agree as follows:
That the named consultant shall offer professional consulting services in the specified area as requested.
Rate
In respect to the Consulting Services to be offered by…………………………….. (consultant )in accordance to this
Agreement, the client company will pay ……………………………………using per hour basis for Consulting Services.
The consultant will be requited to submit a detailed written and signed progress reports of the time spent providing
Consulting Services, in detail the dates on when the services were performed, the number of hours services were
provided on such dates and a description the services rendered.
The client company shall pay the consultant the amounts due as indicated in the reports within 14 days after receiving
the reports.
Expenses
The Client Company will reimburse expenses incurred by the consultant during delivery of the consulting services
after presentation of valid receipts
All travel expenses to and from all work destinations.
Meal expenses
Lodging Expenses during overnight stays.
Term
The commencement date for this agreement is ………………………………….and shall continue until completion unless a
termination notice is issued.
Either party is entitled to terminate this agreement with 30days prior and written notice.
We the parties in this consulting contract hereby agree to act in accordance to the terms and conditions of this
