CityScape (Phoenix)
CityScape - Phase I Office Tower Cityscape is a highrise mixed use development in Down-
town Phoenix consisting of residential, retail, office, and
hotel components. The project covers three downtown
Phoenix city blocks and is located between First Avenue
and First Street, and between Washington and Jefferson
streets. Part of the development is being built on the land
formerly occupied by Patriots Square Park through a re-
development agreement with the city of Phoenix.
Office Tower
Phase I of the Project consists of a 27-story Class A office
tower. Jennings Strouss & Salmon PLC has signed for
54,000 SF of office space in the office tower.[1]
Hotel/Residential Tower
