Association Assessments and Fines
Condo fees are due on the first of the month.
A 15-day grace period will be observed.
Late condo fees will incur on the 16th of each month.
Fines
First offense is no charge
2nd and 3rd offense will be 30.00 per offense
4th or more is 60.00 per offense
Bulletin Board
The bulletin board is primarily for condo associations’ information
Optionally condo owners can request bulletin board posting privileges from the
condo board.
The condo board will approve or deny the request with in 5 business days
Common Storage Area and Fines
Both storage rooms must maintain clear path to both garden units and the gas
and electrical meters.
1. The storage area can support for 1 (personal) bikes per unit
a. Do not secure bikes directly to pipes.
b. We encourage sharing of the approved two person bike rack
2. The storage area can support for personal storage. Each unit will be
allowed two large storage containers. (Each container should not
exceeding 3ft cubed) . Example a large Rubbermaid container.
Fines
All articles that do not meet the above rules should be removed.
1. Late fines for storage violations will be 30.00 dollars per month for each
violation. The condo board will provide notice for the violation.
2. A month grace period will be provided to resolve the violation before the
fine is given.
