Payment Policy:
The Hirer must be at least 21 years old. Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking but no deduction will be made from the credit card until the hire commences at which time full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee of 20% of the hire total applies if the rental is cancelled within 48 hours of the pickup date of the hire, or in the case of failure to advise of cancellation.
Additional Conditions:
A credit card must be presented at the start of the hire along with drivers licences for all drivers. Debit cards can be used for payment but cannot be used for bond security purposes. Please note: 1. If the STATUS of your booking is shown as "Confirmed" this means it is fully confirmed and no further action is required. 2. If the status of your booking is shown as "REQUEST" this means that the booking is still subject to availability and not yet fully confirmed. We will either confirm to you or offer the best alternative within 12 hours. 3. Free car ferry ticket offer special conditions. This offer is only available on the 1.15pm Picton to Wellington interislander ferry and the 8.25am Wellington to Picton interislander ferry. Passenger fares must be purchased through Apex and not from the Interislander ferry company.
