Thank you for considering The Inn at 234 Winder Street, (Built In 1872 formally known as the
Schloss House), as a possible host location for your upcoming event. The Inn has outlined below a
recap of the event details, cost and menu selections for your review. Please note bookings are not
confirmed until a deposit of $500 has been received. The Inn provides security at the door at all times
for your guest comfort. Parking lot is located directly across the street from the Inn. Valet parking is
available.

First floor Rental: $1,400 Space rental only
First floor & garden $2.200 space only when hiring outside catering company 4 hours
The Inn allows outside catering. All catering companies must have a licensed kitchen approved by the health department. Please let us know so
that we may provide a separate contract for your caterer outside catering service fee $350, 00

including toast to bride and groom. 2hour slots
Package #3 $3,050 Outdoor wedding up to 75 guests followed by reception inside or outside
outdoor. Includes tables chairs white linen & food please not if your wedding is to be held inside the Inn will
only seat 40 guest in the wedding parlor

I have read the above terms and conditions and agreed to the guest minimum revenue requirement, deposit terms, menu selections, event date
and times as outlined in this agreement.
If all of the arrangements as outlined are agreeable to you, please sign the copy where provided below. A copy of this contractual letter will be
provided to you once it is executed by an Inn Representative.
By signing this agreement, the Inn, its owners and operators shall not be liable for failure to carry out such arrangements as m entioned which are
caused by fire, strikes, acts of God or other conditions beyond reasonable control of the Inn, its owners or operators.
