Mens committee new rules for Div 2 Men (B Grade). Discussion of changes
modified for older adults and progressing junior players. Take U18’s
back to U17’s to allow this. Sharon explained that timing of the games
was hard for some players maybe needed to be looked at having Div
2 on a Friday or Saturday evening. Discussion of getting some
feedback from the senior players.

All 5 persons which attended the Responsible Service of Alcohol course passed
and invoice was sighted. Would like to make at least 3 of them official
at approx $65.00 per head these people will be Z Alford, B Gaspari
and M Elliott

Received a letter from The Good Sports Commission request to proceed to Level
2. Need to organise a meeting with them and the NALC committee
to organise this. Looking at the next meeting 4/8/2010
Business arising from the previous minutes
Car insurance for the overseas players has been organised. The cover had
to be taken out for the full year but will be cancelled when the car is
returned to Starline Motors.
Form has been made for score updates on the NALC website.
Doors have been fixed.
Hose is on change room taps for the filling of the drink bottles so there is no
need for unauthorised people to be behind the Bar and Canteen areas.
U11 refunds will be organised shortly.
Merchandise – the colour black cannot be removed from the
Prepsportswear website.
Quote has been organised for the screen door on the bar this should be
fixed by next week.

New signatories to go into a BankSA branch and show 100 points of ID.

Suggestion of a vending machine for chips and drinks a discussion about
where would we put this machine and would it prevent break-ins and who
would stock this?

Performance Exhaust sponsor money is in and is suggested that’s this be out
in a high interest account and add one sponsor yearly to this or all.
Discussion regarding accounts. What is the trophy account for?

Friday the 8th of October for senior presentation this is a change of date due
to the Para Hills Community Club double booking.
40 people attended the past players diner which was held at the General
Havelock Hotel in Hutt St.
Sponsor games invites to go out W Trezona to organise this. Someone needs
to remind J Morris to bring the portable shade down to the club. Someone
to organise finger food and serve this to the sponsors NALC Vs Woodville
home game July 24th.
Someone to look around for quotes for a double deep fryer maybe some
sponsor money can go towards this. Zoe to make a roster for people to fill in
and help on Gala Day August 7th.
No longer buffet option at the Para Hills Community Club price has
increased to $5.00 extra per head for a 3 course option. No deposit has
been paid look into other venues in the meantime. We will look into things
now to book the Lakes Resort for Season 2011. Zoe to call around a few
places for the dates 9th or 16th of October

Chairs in change rooms to be removed, sort out equipment room//old stick
racks to be removed. New equipment to be purchased goalie gear, girls
sticks, balls etc
Girls sticks needed as the ones we have are illegal. Once 5 new first aid kits
have been purchased the remainder of the grant money can be used for
these items.
An idea of a stringing night for juniors to learn how to string their own sticks
presented by some willing senior players.

Women to use far field tomorrow night so men to stay on club side.

Sample of Jumpers/Rugby tops from Kukri have come in and work out to be
about $63.00 a top. All like them. Maybe better of selling them by order
rather than stock up on them. Maybe look and see if we can get them
made closer and look at selling them for around $70.00

N Tarca suggested that all senior players have a polo shirt for game days
maybe include this in their fees next season.
Need to look at organising merchandise now for the 2011 season as not
much has happened with the merchandise this year. Pre – order forms to be
made up for Jackets and tops to put on the stall for Gala Day.

Thanks to all the girls who helped on out schnitzel night to help raise money
for Brad Sheldon and Michael Gaspari to go on their Manchester Trip.
