Catering and Reception Information
Welcome to The Players Club! Our spacious, state-of-the-art, full service clubhouse is the perfect choice for your wedding
reception. We know that this will be an event in which the memories will last a lifetime. Our professional staff can assure
you that your wedding will be a memorable and stress free occasion With seating up to 350 in our formal dining room, and
seating for an additional 50 guests in our formal lounge, we are pleased to offer you first-rate accommodations with the
finest amenities.

Facility rental fees includes professional event coordinators to assist in coordination of your event, formal set-up and clean
up services, assisting in basic decorating, professional servers and bartenders as well as all tables, chairs, linens and
skirting, chair covers, china, glassware, flatware, and in house centerpieces All Saturday night facility rentals require a 200
guest minimum.
Decorations and Linens
The Players Club is able to order linens in a variety of colors to coordinate with your needs. Included in your facility rental
fee is the ability to use our in house centerpieces along with our votive candleholders. To avoid damage to the facility, we
do not allow taping, tacking, or the attachment of posters, flyers, or any written material to walls or doors without prior
consent from the club. You may decorate for your event 1-2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event.
Food and Beverage Guidelines
All food and beverage, alcoholic or otherwise, consumed on golf course property must be purchased from the Players Club
with the sole exception of “theme” desserts such as wedding cakes and donated items that must be approved in writing by
the Players Club Event Coordinator prior to the event.
Guarantee and Cancellations
A nonrefundable deposit of $1500 is due within two weeks of booking your event along with a signed contract to
guarantee the requested date. Final menu selections and second headcount must be submitted 2 weeks prior to each event to
insure the availability of desired menu items. Final headcount is due 5 business days prior to event. This number is the
minimum number that your event will be charged. If we do not receive a final count we will charge according to your
preliminary count. A 5.5% sales tax as well as a 20% service charge will be applied to all food and beverage purchases.
Security
Security will be required for all evening events of 100 guests or more. The Players Club will provide security, billing the
client at a rate of $35 per hour/per guard. The Players Club is not responsible for any lost or stolen items

Beverage Services & Policies:
No open containers of alcohol may be removed from or brought into the facility
No alcoholic Beverages served without valid I.D., The Players Club reserves
the right to refuse bar service to any guest at our sole discretion

Any person attempting to serve an alcoholic beverage to a minor
will be asked to leave the premises
Bar will not exceed six hours and will conclude by 12am, last call for alcohol
will occur one half hour before the end of the reception
