Customers Information
Welcome to Onecardnetwork!
To start using your Onecardnetwork card, you must first activate your card.
Card Activation
Activate your card
Account activation requires changing your PIN from the default 0000 to a four digit number
known only to you, the cardholder.
Note: Activation is a one time process that uses the methods below. Subsequent PIN changes
may only be carried out via the Onecardnetwork web site or via the customer support Help Desk.
The following methods are supported for card activation –
SMS
• Create a SMS text message in the following format:
Example: act 1895
• Send the message to (+639188736348) (+63918-
USENDIT)
• You will receive a return SMS confirming the account has been
activated.
Note: There are limitations in using the PIN. For security
purposes you cannot use the following: 1234 or any four
consecutive numbers, 4 repeated numbers such as 1111, 2222,
8888 etc., and the last 4 digits of your Onecardnetwork card.
Check balance
Balance Inquiry
• Create a SMS text message in the following format:
Example: bal
• Send the message to +639188736348 or the number at the
back of your card.
• You will receive a return SMS containing the balance of your
account.

Card Linking
Link a beneficiary’s card
To perform a Card 2 Card transfer, you must first link all cards to which you intend to transfer
funds. To link cards use this process:
• Create an SMS message in the following format

Example: Link 09876543 Maria
• Send the text message to +639188736348
• You will receive a confirmation for successful linked transaction
• Card Unlinking

Card to Card Transfer
Transfer funds to other OCN cardholder
• Create a SMS text message in the following format:
Example: trn dad 30.50
• Send the message to +639188736348
• You will receive a return SMS confirming the transfer and your
new account balance
Mobile Airtime Loading
Purchase Mobile Minutes
Now you can purchase mobile prepaid load for yourself and for your friends too using your OCN
Card. Recipients may or may not be OCN cardholders.
• Create an SMS message in the following format

Send load to your own mobile phone
To transfer mobile minutes to
• Create a SMS text message
• Send the message to +639188736348
• You will receive a return message for a successful mobile loading
transaction.
Prepaid Products
Purchase prepaid products
• Create SMS message using the following format

Pay your bills e.g. Meralco Bill
• Create SMS text message using the following format

Cash Out
Cash out your money
• Create an SMS using the following keywords:
Cashoutamount
Example: Cashout 100
• Send it to the OCN SMS number:

• Fill out cash out form and hand it over to the. Present your
OCN card, and two (2) valid ID’s
• Teller will process your cash out transaction.
• SMS notification will be sent once transaction has been
completely processed.
Forex Conversion
• Create an SMS using the following keywords:
ForexAmtUSDPHP
Example: Forex 1 USD PHP
• Send it to the OCN SMS number:

• You will receive a message that indicates the conversion of the
space amount you type in from USD to PHP.

Lost Card
• Create an SMS using the following keywords:
Example: LOST
• Send it to the OCN SMS number:

LOST • Onecardnetwork will immediately receive your txt and will
deactivate your account for security purposes.
(For card replacement please visit your Cooperatives or any
OCN patners.)
