Historical Dress Day “Staff: Then and Now”
Tired of dressing up every day? Can’t dress down? Well, why not “dress up”! Friday May 20th,
the Staff Advisory Council is encouraging all MU Staff to step out of the box and into the
past by dressing in your favorite MU historic attire. Choose any era from 1839 to the present,
put together your unique representation of clothing from that era, and wear it to work! Get
your co-workers together and dress in theme, or be the stand out staff member from your
department and dress up alone. Either way, take pictures and send them to Staff Advisory
Council at staffadvisorycouncil@missouri.edu, you could win one of many gift cards to Panera!
Pictures must be received by June 3 to be eligible.
Don’t want to wear a costume all day? Come to the green screen room in the basement of
Reynolds Journalism Institute from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. We will provide costumes and backgrounds
for awesome authentic pictures. So show your support and have some fun!
