Instructions on how to use your new 512MB RCA MP3 PLAYER

To get your MP3 Player started follow these instructions:
(Visit my website to see the images better and to enlarge them).
Do not install the CD included in the package (I didn't and I did not have any problems).
1. Take contents out of box, take sticker off player.
2. Slide side cover off and flip mp3 player over.
3. Slide battery cover off.
4. Install battery properly (1 AAA battery is included in the box)
5. Replace battery cover
6. Plug in headphones
7. Power on by pressing the Power botton (it would show all 7 backlight colors flashing on display)
- Player automatically goes into Pause mode.
- Press Power bottom again and it should start player some songs (13 songs are already preloaded in player)
8. Press M for Menu (look at second picture above). Options under Menu: Music, Voice Recorder, Equalizer,
Repeat Options, PowerSave, Backlight, Color, Language, Delete, About and Exit.
9. To turn it off
- Press the Power bottom for about 2 seconds and release, repeat right away but hold the Power bottom (the
second time) until you see the message Shutting Down on the display. (It might take a little more than the 2
seconds, especially the first time your trying)
10. Remember that when you turn your MP3 player on again, it would go into the Pause mode so you would
have to press the Power bottom again. (you'll get used to this fast)
11. Transfer your favorite music to your 512MB RCA MP3 Player. Plug your player into your computer, name
your player and start enjoying it!
