Learn about important vitamins and minerals while making your own healthy Fruit and Vegetable Bouquets!
Directions: 1. Choose a variety of colored fruits and vegetables and cut them up into small pieces. 2. Creatively place the fruit and vegetable pieces on the wooden sticks. 3. Place the fruit and vegetable sticks into the apple or vase. 4. Put your finished fruit and vegetable bouquet into a clear bag and tie with a ribbon 5. Place the nutrition information about specific “colored fruits and vegetables” onto the outside of the bag. 6. Take home for a healthy snack of give away as a gift to remind someone you love the importance of eating a variety of healthy, colored fruits and vegetables.
