Michael Thompson is a partner in the London office of Steptoe & Johnson and
is head of the Corporate, Securities and Finance group.
Michael's focus is on entrepreneurial businesses. He specialises in all aspects of
private equity transactions including venture capital fundings, management
buy-outs, management buy-ins, investor buy-ins, acquisitions and disposals, joint
