The Richmond Regional Planning District Commission (“RRPDC”) currently has 2,092
contiguous square feet of “Class A” office space available to sub-lease at $17.00/sq.
ft annually. A tenant improvement allowance is available for the build out of the
existing space. This office space is in a park-like setting with ample parking, easy
access to Chippenham and Powhite Parkways. Additionally, the sub-lease would
include: Access to a large capacity, state-of-the-art board room and meeting room
(on a reservation basis), wireless internet access, and janitorial services. This is a
secure building with key card access during the nights and week-ends.
The RRPDC is currently accepting offers on the sub-lease of all or part of the
available space.

jurisdictions.
