Tonight Services at 6:00 PM

Welcome To Summit Woods!

Whether you are a guest or a member, we are honored that you have chosen to

worship with us. Facility maps and information about Sunday School and other

church ministries are available at the Welcome Centers located in the main

foyer and the west entrance. If you would like to make an appointment to meet

Why Should I Become A Christian?

To follow Jesus, the ONLY WAY to God (John 14:6 & Acts 4:12)

To receive FORGIVENESS of sin and pardon from its penalty

(Romans 5:6-11)

To live an abundant LIFE that is filled with God’s Blessings (John 10:10)

To receive the DIRECTION and wisdom that comes from the Holy Spirit

(John 14:16-17; 16:13)

To prepare for an ETERNITY in Heaven and assurance of eternal life

(John 14:1-3)

How Do I Become A Christian?

To receive God’s free gift of eternal life you must:

ADMIT your sinful ways and desire to turn from them and be delivered

from the judgment they bring (Romans 3:10, 23; Acts 3:19)

ACKNOWLEDGE what Christ did on the cross by virtue of His

resurrection (Romans 5:8; John 11:25)

RECEIVE Him as the only means of eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:12;

6:40)

FOLLOW Him as Lord of your life (Romans 10:9; Philippians 2:10-11)

How Do I Learn More About Summit Woods?

Each month, Pastor Ryan teaches the Discovery Class as a way to introduce

guests to Summit Woods. This one-session class covers the history, beliefs,

ministries, and organization of the church. Please indicate on the Friendship

Pad if you would like to attend the class on Sunday Morning, April 26, at 9:15

AM.

What is the Purpose of the Invitation?

Placing your faith in Christ is a personal commitment between you and God-

but we would like the joy of praying with you in this eternally significant matter.

If you make this commitment, or desire to know more about it, please come

forward during the invitation time. The invitation is also extended to those who

wish to know more about church membership, baptism, or other spiritual

matters. Following sufficient counseling and new member orientation,

candidacy for church membership will be announced to the congregation.

Friday Morning Bible Study at 6:30 AM (Office Area, Room 507)

Wednesday Night Bible Study at 6:30 PM (Office Area, Room 507)

What is the nature of God? How can we recapture a real sense of

God’s majesty and truly live in the Spirit? The Men’s ministry is

studying the classic work, The Knowledge of the Holy, by A.W. Tozer.

This study is designed to aid in rejuvenating our prayer life,

understanding God more deeply and experiencing God's presence in

our daily lives while considering God's attributes. All men are invited

and encouraged to attend either on Wednesday Night or Friday

Morning.

For more information about Men’s Ministry, contact Dan VanSickle at

537-7596 or Dan_Vansickle@diodes.com.

candy, drink mixes, jerky, sports magazines and crossword puzzle

books. We can really use some toys like small ball, yoyos, cars, etc from

the dollar stores. If you have a family member or relative that you

would like to have a care package sent to please contact Peggy Hotz at
