It is a business based decision as well as a community service
decision to have in place an appointment cancellation policy.
This policy is to ensure that all customers have access to salon
services in a more timely fashion and that no appointment time
remains unfilled for customers who are waiting to receive services. 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• At a minimum, appointments must be cancelled 24-hours
