This is to affirm that, if accepted by the University of Tokyo’s Short-Term Study
Abroad Program (“AIKOM”), I shall:
1) observe the laws of Japan and the rules and regulations of the University of Tokyo,
the AIKOM Program, and the University’s Mitaka International Hall of Residence;
2) give priority to classes, field trips, and other formal functions of the AIKOM
Program;
3) reside in the housing provided to me by the University of Tokyo;
4) pay in full any charges incurred while in Japan before returning to my home
country.
Further, I understand that I may attend only classes offered by the College of Arts and
Sciences, University of Tokyo
