Minutes of the 382nd meeting (9th of the year 09-10) of DELHI ACHIEVERS ROUND
TABLE No. 130 held on Saturday the 6th of November 2009 at 6.30 P.M. It was a biz meet

The Table Chairman Tr. Sashank Gupta called the meeting to order and raised a toast to the President
Republic of India and Sponsor Table KCRT-111

All present read out the aims and objects of Round Table India.

11. Chairman' s report:
The Chairman informed the table that Tr. Amit Gupta had been duly approved to be part of the
table thereby increasing the strength of the table and he was welcomed by all. Tr. Amit Gupta
was briefed about the New Year Event being planned.
Tr. Sashank Gupta informed the table plans to support a ‘CATRACT EYE Camp’ which is being
organized by another table – (RT 43). This camp will conduct medical test and would also be
providing consultancy by a Team of Doctors. They are not only conducting medical test but
conduct operations as well. It was decided that since we had done 15 catract operations last year
the same nos would be sponsored this year as well by the table.

The chairman also informed the table that the NAGM is scheduled soon in January and that we
need to host a house party, he requested the members to volunteer for hosting the same. It was
decided that since we are not able to provide a venue that we should host the same at a club after
due approval from Area Board/ Convenor for the same.
12. Secretary’s Report:
On behalf of Tr. Anshuman Jain the table was informed about the plans for the RTI week in
November, and since the Chairman was unable to go for the AEX in jaipur and many tablers
travelling in the next few days it was decided to kick start the RTI week on the 8th itself. He
also informed that January weekend trip had also been partly confirmed by at least 6
tablers.
