1. Bookings will be confirmed after receipt of completed Booking forms and UCD SPORT
deposit.
2. If your party group fail to turn up without having cancelled with our
Birthday Co-Ordinator the full charge will remain due.

3. Any less than 48 hours notice no refund is entitled. If your party group fail

charge will remain due.
4. Please make the staff aware of any medical conditions, of any children
that may be relevant.

5. Children must be supervised at all times. In the case where a group is split
into a number of groups there must be adult supervision with each group
at all times. The ratio should be 1 adult to 15 children.
6. UCD Sports Centre are not responsible for the supervision of the children
at the Birthday Party.
7. UCD Sports Centre reserves the right to cancel part or all of the booking
with relevant payment refunded.
8. All arrangements are made in good faith. However all activities and
arrangements are subject to change depending on weather conditions,
programmes schedule and other arrangements. UCD Sports Centre
reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter activities accordingly.
9. UCD Sports Centre hold a current insurance policy for all bookings at all
times.
10. Full payment is due on the day of party; we accept payments in cash or
cheque. Unfortunately we do not accept credit/laser cards.
