NOTICE OF REVISIONS TO LIST OF CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENTS
RE: In the Matter of the Petition of Qwest Corporation to Initiate a Mass-Market Switching
and Dedicated Transport Case Pursuant to the Triennial Review Order,
Docket No. UT-033044.
On December 18, 2003, the Commission provided to all parties an updated list of
persons who have filed with the Commission executed Exhibits A, B, and C to the
Protective Order. Since that time, several parties have filed additional executed
Exhibits A, B, and C with the Commission. The list sent on December 18, 2003, has been
revised to include all executed exhibits received by the Commission as of December 30,
2003. The revised list is attached for your reference.
Please review the attached list and determine if all attorneys, support staff, and in-
house or outside expert witnesses for the party you represent have signed and
submitted the appropriate agreements.
