Lialis solution email archiving user experience
An archived email still appears in the users mail box. The mail preview pane displays the email has
been archived.
Opening the email by double click is possible; the email is retrieved from the mail archive.
The user can search the production mail file and the archive mail files using a search action.
The search results are send to the Notes client:
The search results headers (who, date, subject and location) can be sorted. Searching works the same
on local as on the Domino server.
The user has the following options to manage his archive.
All archive databases are replicated to local Notes client. Administrators can send the users an email
to replicate the archive databases to the local Notes client.
Migrate native Notes archiving by sending the users an email with and button to carry out this task.
