Attendance Policy
We recognize that being a member of the Girls Advisory Board requires a large time commitment. The work done in
the “By Girls, For Girls” program relies on your active participation and, because your voice is important to the
process, the following attendance policy applies.
- Illness and family emergencies are considered excused absences.
- In order for an absence to be excused, you must notify a Fund representative before the meeting.
- The excuse must then be approved by the Fund President.
- Should an attendance issue or concern arise, the “By Girls, for Girls” will be advised and a decision
about further participation by the GAB girl discussed.
I am willing to commit completely to the schedule of GAB as stated above
