I N GR E DI E N T S:

      2 cups (1 can) canned garbanzo beans, drained
      1/3 cup tahini
      1/4 cup lemon juice
      1 teaspoon salt
      2 cloves garlic, halved
      1 tablespoon olive oil
      1 pinch paprika
      1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley



D I R EC T I ON S:

   1. Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, salt and garlic in a blender or food
      processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl.
   2. Drizzle olive oil over the garbanzo bean mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and
      parsley.



Hot Curry Hummus

I N GR E DI E N T S:

      2 cups (1 can) canned garbanzo beans, drained
      2 cloves garlic, halved or 2 tbs of minced garlic
      ¼ cup water
      ¼ cup lemon juice
      ¼ cup olive oil
      ¼ cup cashew butter
      2-3 tbs hot curry (more if you like it!)
      ½ cup chopped golden raisins
      (optional) 1 tbs of parsley



D I R EC T I ON S:

   Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with pita bread
   or tortilla chips or freeze until your next event!
