Business: Welcome to your new business Make Up Artistry Cosmetics. Artist is set up in Upscale
Salon/Spa contracted by Make Up Artistry Cosmetics. Artist are booked to perform Make Up
applications in Salon setting at a rate of $85 .00 for ½ hour session and then $135.00 full hour session for
salon clientele. Once a client has been assigned to MUA the client may only purchase with contracted
artist and salon she is contracted with. MUA also receive booking from company to interview for
possible new recruitment for potential new MUA. Professional Artist to Professional Artist. Available
only in Salons by Industry Professionals.

Receive Information Packet Become a Make up Artist Reference book. (CD) Kit order processing takes
about 2 week’s time. At this time negotiations begin for Salon location for assigned artist to work from.
If we do not have a Salon close in your general are we may contact Salon seeking open space fitting
Salon Criteria Assessment Document s. Once documents are in place we then begin your placement
process. Orientation on protocols 1 to 2 days from one of our qualified management staff.
Artist are required initially to purchase work kit after 10 week has processed and artist have meet
quota requirement a voucher bonus of ½ is returned for the amount of kit.
Must have one year experience as a makeup artist and have worked in the industries.
Quota: Artist Management Staff: Are set up for a 5 week trial basis then proceed to contracted Artist
thereof: MUA Managers Paid $1000.00 Per Week 10 Week and $1500.00 Per Week of Trail Evaluation
Process. Paid Every Two weeks w/one held week. Paid Positions Upon Approvals
Managers: Recruitment –Make Up Applications on Salon Clients – Interviewing - Sales Orders-
Distribution – Training- Salon Research – New Artist Orientations –Multi-Tasking Travel Required.
Saturday-Saturday Average $10.00 Per Hour 40 Hours then

$40.00 Pay out on Kit MK05=25 Items sold to meet quota
$50.00 Pay out on Kit MK06=21 Items sold to meet quota
$60.00 Pay out on Kit MK07 = 16 Items to meet quota
Plus $20.00 Monthly Gratuity
Plus 40% Discount on personal orders.
Plus 3% commissions on daily retail sales Excluding Artist Kit Sales / Customer Care Kit Sales on orders
over $300.00 per day.

8 Purchases Persons. Salon may have dress code requirement in the event they may not our colors are
Black/Gray/Silver/White.

example of you work with submission of your application. Acceptable documentation includes: a
composite card, a business card with your name and professional, your editorial page with your name
credit, your union card, your headshot and resume, your professional license, your diploma/professional
certificate, publication masthead, program/press materials with your name, your contract on production
letterhead, crew/call list on production company letterhead or professional employment letter
reference. All identification or documentation will not be returned to you, and example of your work
submitted. Pro artistry Cosmetics reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time or
reject you application for any or no reason.
Salon Professional Etiquette: Salon may refer clients at our promotional price of free service w/
purchase. We may not solicit clients and interfere with other salon personal and their services.

EMPLOYEE NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

For good consideration and as an inducement for ~
(Company) to employ (Employee), the undersigned Employee
hereby agrees not to directly or indirectly compete with the business of the Company and its
successors and assigns during the period of employment and for a period of __1_month
following termination of employment and notwithstanding the cause or reason for termination.
The term "not compete" as used herein shall mean that the Employee shall not own, manage,
operate, consult or to be employee in a business substantially similar to or competitive with the
present business of the Company or such other business activity in which the Company may
substantially engage during the term of employment.
The Employee acknowledges that the Company shall or may in reliance of this
agreement provide Employee access to trade secrets, customers and other confidential data and
good will. Employee agrees to retain said information as confidential and not to use said
information on his or her on behalf or disclose same to any third party. "
This agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their
successors, assigns, and personal representatives.
