This is a one-week technology unit. Using the West Point Bridge Software, you
are to design the lowest cost bridge that will pass the truck drive-over test. You
are to print your best bridge design for each day. When you are done you should
have 5 bridge design print outs.
You may choose from the following three types of bridges. All are single span 44
meter long bridges.
1.. Howe Through Truss Bridge
2. Warren Through Truss Bridge
3. Continuous Arch Bridge, Pratt Truss
