About Workstream Solutions

A word from the founder Stefan Williams

Workstream Solutions started life as an internal project for Australia’s largest adverting

agency and brochure/signage printer to the real estate sector and soon became a company

in its own right. The company looked for ways to streamline and reduce labor for the many

thousands of ads, brochures, signs, magazine pages and services that its client base

S O L U T I O N S required each and every week. Whilst the company services many more industry segments

now, it was the real estate industry that enabled the technology platforms to become as

powerful and flexible as they are today.

The problems associated with a very large client base, strict deadlines, broad variation

in printer color requirements, multiple publishers, printers and suppliers and the sheer

number of artwork items being produced are somewhat amplified in the real estate sector.

This necessitates either an extremely large workforce or an entirely new approach. Not

surprisingly, we chose the ‘new approach’ and have as a consequence rewritten the

rule-book in the markets in which we operate.
