Our beverage program has been created around our philosophy as a Canadian-based culinary school to support
local producers wherever possible. To that end, all the wines on our list are from Canadian wineries using 100%
Canadian farmed grapes and almost all are from British Columbia. Our beers are also sourced from small scale,
local breweries and our cider is crafted from high quality apples grown in the Okanagan Valley. We also believe
in giving value to our customers and every wine on our list has been chosen to deliver the maximum quality to
price ratio whilst complementing our ever changing seasonally inspired menu. Please ask any of our service staff
if you have questions regarding any of the wines below. Cheers! – Mark Shipway, Wine Director
