Eagles Trace is an active adult community made up of individual custom-built homes located in Acton,
ME. Each elegant home is built on its own wooded 1.2 – 1.6 acre lot nicely set back from Patriot Lane, off of
Independence Way. Patriot Lane, the charter phase of Eagles Trace, consists of 10 homes. Recently
approved and ready for development, several home packages are available with a combined open space of
42 acres.
Acton, LLC with direction from David Jones the developer has taken the utmost care and consideration in
