      Analysis
                       - FOR LANDLINE ACCOUNT
 Introduction
 Aussie Phone Brokers analysed usage on Company’s eight active services. These
 services are currently billing with Current Provider. Two months of bill data was
 used for the analysis.
 Targeted savings are 16.6% and above (equivalent to two free months per year).


 Analysis
 Plans from all the four largest Telco’s and six of the niche providers were
 examined. Providers were fully compared; first by price and then by expected
 service standards.
 Savings are tabulated on the following page.
 Direct Connect is unavailable from all providers due to the client’s location. The
 remaining offers compared are the ‘traditional’ Rebill offers. (These terms are
 defined on the following pages.)


 Recommendations
 Primary Recommendation
 The TP Comms rebill solution should give the best combination of service and
 pricing for Company. This recommended solution showed calculated savings of
 over 36% from the total current bills and also has these features:
     The contract term is for 24 months.
     TP Comms is a ‘boutique’ sized Telco.
     All clients of Aussie Phone Brokers are provided with a dedicated accounts
       manager; as a result customer service levels are very high.
 Secondary Recommendation
 The AAPT rebill solution is our secondary recommendation. This solution
 showed calculated savings of 35% from the total current bills and also has these
 features:
     The contract term is month-by-month; creating flexibility.
     AAPT is the third largest Telco in Australia.
     Customer service levels are good. [Aussie Phone Brokers use AAPT.]

 Incumbent Provider
 Current Provider was shown to be outperformed on both pricing and customer
 service. Therefore Provider does not feature among our recommendations.

 Direct Connection Description
    A dedicated connection is made between the local exchange and the site. This
    will ‘directly connect’ that site to the selected carrier’s network and allow
    cheaper Local, STD, Calls to Mobiles and IDD calling. Usually a faster, cleaner
    and cheaper internet connection is also available. Servicing will be transferred
    to the selected carrier, meaning that levels of Service Standards should also
    increase.
    In terms of Service Standards, for Direct Connect solutions, Aussie Phone
    Brokers ranks the above providers in the following order (highest to lowest):
       1. Primus Telecom
       2. Optus
       3. AAPT

 Rebill Description
    All physical connections remain unaltered and the lines are Rebilled from
    Telstra. The transfer of service will be seamless and will go unnoticed by the
    telephone end users. The bills and service will come from the selected provider.
    In terms of Service Standards, for Rebill solutions, Aussie Phone Brokers ranks
    the above providers in the following order (highest to lowest):
       1. Primus Telecom
       2. TP Comms
       3. AAPT
       4. Southern Cross
       5. Soul Australia
       6. Optus
       7. Telstra
       8. People Telecom
       9. Arrow Voice

  Primary Recommendation Discussion
 TP Comms Rebill
    Price. The recommended TP Comms offer does not represent the best pricing
    from all offers available to the The Company – however there are additional
    considerations which make up our recommendation.
    AAPT’s pricing is almost the same as that of TP Comms.

    Service. The service standards from TP Comms are considered to be very high
    and should be far better than those of the incumbent provider.
    AAPT will also provide a high standard of customer service. Aussie uses AAPT
    for our landline connections.

    Aussie will generally prefer to recommend service before price for all our
    clients. In the case of the The Company, some better priced offers were
    discarded in favour of dependable service providers.


 TP Comms is our initial recommendation, closely followed by AAPT.

 The final decision always rests with the client, and Aussie will implement
 whichever offer is chosen.

 If our recommendation meets with your approval, we will process the necessary paperwork, ready
 for authorisation. Written authorisation will be posted to you, ready for signing and return.

 As with all aspects of our service, the intention is to make any changeover as simple as possible.
